"Sump pump failed during a storm warning. Tech arrived early the next morning with a replacement unit on the truck. Installed and tested before the storm hit. That timing probably saved my finished basement."

"Called for what I thought was a simple toilet repair. Tech noticed the shut-off valve was also failing during the job — quoted the additional repair, explained why it mattered, and fixed both. No pressure, just honest information."
